Example Talk

Abstract

Everything below the frontmatter is normal markdown, rendered under the slides
and the recording. This is the place for the abstract, speaker notes worth
keeping, links, or a written version of the argument.

How the page assembles itself

The layout shows sections only when the corresponding frontmatter exists:

deck
or
deckUrl
→ an embedded, full-screen-able slide viewer

video
→ a responsive recording embed

resources
→ a link list

body content → this section

So a talk with no recording yet is just this page without the video block. Add
the
video:
line later and the section appears — nothing else needs to change.

Spec First: How to Collaborate with AI at Scale

Abstract

I have outpaced my own ability to organize intent, and the gap compounds every
week. Thirty-plus repos, tools, and prototypes in every stage of disarray. The
old way of keeping it straight — holding it in my head, syncing it in meetings —
stops working at that speed.

The fix is to write the intent down as a shared object that runs two loops at
once: a local loop with my own agent, and a global loop where other people and
their agents sync to what I wrote, with no meeting required.
