Tunsia, an incredible land of warm, inviting, and hardy people. They take such pride in the little that grows in that terrain. Each household is invested in their Olive tree, one or an orchard full. In the coast, in the city of Sfax, they are proud of their unique cuisine, the fresh fish from the mediteranean. I wish we had dedicated more time to explore the place. We were there for my friend, Amed Medhioub’s wedding. What a whirlwind 4 days, and yet a lifetime of memories!
